Using the website
We aim to make it possible to explore services, read travel information and contact Elite Private Transfer using different devices and input methods. This page describes the available features and known limits; it does not claim that every page or assistive-technology combination has been certified.
Features available
- A “Skip to content” link allows keyboard users to bypass the main navigation.
- Navigation, gallery choices and form controls use links, buttons and labelled fields that can be operated with the keyboard.
- The quote form separates journey information from contact information, provides a review summary and retains entered values when moving between steps or after a failed asynchronous submission.
- The website responds to smaller screens and browser zoom. Text and essential content are presented as HTML rather than only inside images.
- A reduced-motion preference provides a simpler alternative to the animated home-page vehicle scene. The 3D view is not required to read the vehicle description or request information.
- The cookie notice can be closed from the keyboard and reopened using the footer control.
Known limits
The interactive 3D presentation is visual and does not offer an equivalent spoken description of every vehicle angle or animation. The written fleet information and gallery descriptions provide the essential information separately.
Photographs and destination imagery convey visual detail that cannot be fully reproduced by short alternative descriptions. Display and date/time controls can vary between browsers and assistive technologies. The checks described below do not replace testing with a representative range of people and assistive devices.
Checks and ongoing work
The review for this release covers selected page templates, keyboard access, responsive layout, the quote journey and the cookie notice, together with automated accessibility checks. It is not a comprehensive conformity assessment under every potentially applicable legal or technical standard. This information will be revised when features or identified issues change.
Report a problem or request an alternative
Email info@eliteprivatetransfer.com with the subject “Website accessibility”. If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do and your browser or assistive tool. Do not include passwords, health documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
If the online form is difficult to use, you can send your journey request by email instead. Explain the information you need or the task you could not complete so we can help through an alternative channel.
Website access and vehicle requirements
This page concerns the digital website. It does not certify physical accessibility of the vehicle or a destination. Discuss practical assistance, boarding or mobility-equipment requirements with the operator before booking so suitability and availability can be confirmed for your journey.
