We plan the journey.

A guest arriving at the airport, a team leaving a hotel, an evening return from the venue: each movement needs a clear time and place. Send your programme so we can assess the transport as a whole.

Include the organiser or agency name, venue addresses, dates, number of journeys and passenger count for each movement. Mark fixed appointments and any timing that may change.

For simultaneous pickups or larger groups, availability and any additional arrangements must be confirmed before you finalise your plan. A request does not imply that multiple vehicles are already reserved.

Trade fairs, fashion events and conferences are occasions we can discuss transport for; references to events do not imply an official partnership. Your proposal sets out the agreed scope, waiting time and conditions.

Events and trade fairs in north-east Italy

We arrange transfers to the main exhibition and conference venues in the Veneto, such as Verona Fiere and Padova Fiere, and to Venice events from the Biennale to the Film Festival, with drop-off at the closest road-accessible point and, on request, a water taxi to the Lido or the historic centre.
