Mountain conditions and seasonal access can affect the route. Activities, lifts and excursions require separate availability and confirmation.

- Lake Garda: Riva del Garda, Arco and the Trentino shore of the lake
- The Dolomites: the Sella, Pordoi and Gardena passes, with panoramic stops
- Cities: Trento and Bolzano, with their historic centres and, in winter, Christmas markets
- Alpine lakes and valleys: Lake Carezza, Val di Funes, Lake Braies
Journey times from Venice
Trento is about 2 hours away, the Trentino side of Lake Garda about 2½ hours and Bolzano about 3 hours. For a tour of the Dolomite passes we suggest an early start or splitting the trip over several days with a night in the mountains.
