Provide your flight number, date, passenger count and destination address. We track your flight, so if you are delayed your chauffeur already knows. On arrival they wait in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name; their contact details are in your booking confirmation.

Venice city, mainland hotels and onward journeys

For historic Venice, the road journey ends at an agreed vehicle-accessible point such as Piazzale Roma. Many city hotels need an onward walk or water connection: on request we arrange a private water taxi to your hotel with trusted partners. Mention it in your enquiry and we will include it in your quote.

A vehicle for your group

Our Mercedes-Benz V-Class accommodates up to seven passengers and a maximum of ten suitcases. Mention bulky luggage, pushchairs and child-seat requirements before confirmation.

For a departure transfer, provide your flight time and pickup address. If your plans change, contact us to discuss the booking arrangements and applicable waiting or cancellation conditions.

Is this a road transfer or a water taxi?

The transfer is by road in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class. For hotels in historic Venice we can arrange the onward private water taxi with trusted partners: mention it in your enquiry and we will include it in your quote.

Can the driver take me directly to my hotel in Venice?

This depends on road access. For hotels in historic Venice the car stops at a road-accessible point such as Piazzale Roma; from there you continue on foot or by private water taxi, which we can arrange on request.

What details do you need for an airport quote?

Send your arrival or departure date, flight number, pickup and destination addresses, passenger count and luggage details. Include any child-seat or special requirements.

Can I book an airport return journey?

Yes. Include both travel dates and flight details, and select the return option in the enquiry form. The schedule and availability are confirmed individually.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight and adjust the pickup time. Your booking includes 60 minutes of waiting from the actual landing time; beyond that, waiting is charged at €50 per hour, pro rata.

How much does a Venice Airport transfer cost?

The price depends on destination, date, passengers and luggage. You receive a written quote before booking, with clear inclusions and conditions. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the service.
